FAQs
Do I buy my files with my business details or with my personal information?
If you are purchasing this print for commercial purposes for your business, or on behalf of the company you design for, please check out with the information of the business.
This ensures you have records to prove this was a business purchase, not a personal one. Please include the company name, business address and an email address you can access with checkout.
Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email which contains downloadable business invoice with an invoice number for your records.
How will I receive my print?
When you purchase your print you will receive an email which contains a download link to the digital print file. Please use your correct email address to receive your files.
Make sure to check spam incase it sends there, or contact info@rubyjune.stores if any issues receiving your files.
Are the files in layers?
No, these digital files are flat and not in layers. If you would like to make any edits or changes to your print after purchase, please contact me via my bespoke page or email info@rubyjune.store to arrange a customisation service (additional fee applies).
Can I use the print however I want after purchasing?
Once you purchase the print you are licenced to use it commercially on physical products such as clothes or accessories.
You may not sell or distribute the digital file itself (or a modified version) for commercial purposes (e.g on online platforms such as Shutterstock or Etsy). Violation of this licence will result in legal action.

Is there a return policy?
No, all sales are final due to the nature of digital products.
I bought a file a few weeks ago, but I forgot to save it now I've lost it!
With your purchase you will receive a link to your download which will remain live to redownload unless you delete it. However, this is not a guarantee.
When you receive your purchase please download the files asap and store safely. This is your responsibility.
RubyJune is not responsible for storing or providing long-term access to purchased files.
Do you sell multiple of the same print?
No, once a print is sold it's out of stock and no one else can ever purchase it.
How can I ensure this gallery is protected from people who want to steal designs?
By accessing this gallery, you agree to the shop’s terms. You must create an account, and details will be visible to me. I can monitor access and remove users if I suspect fraudulent activity. Images are cropped on the edges to prevent downloading high-quality versions. Any misuse, including reproduction, tracing, or screenshots will result in legal action.
