Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RubyJune Print Shop and the purchase of digital print designs.

By creating an account or purchasing from the shop, you agree to the following:

1. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the intellectual property of RubyJune until purchased.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, trace, or use any design before purchase. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

2. Use Restrictions (Before Purchase)
Before purchasing, you must not:

• Download or use preview images
• Copy, trace, or recreate any design
• Use any content from the shop for personal or commercial purposes

3. Licence (After Purchase)

Once purchased:

• You receive an exclusive commercial licence for the purchased design file
  

Key terms of licence:

• Licensed only to you; not resold or re-licensed to others
  
• Commercial use allowed within your business
  
• Non-transferable and non-sublicensable
  
• Ownership is not transferred - only usage rights are granted
  
• RubyJune may create future designs in similar styles, provided they are not identical to the purchased design
  

With this licence you may:

• Use the design on physical end products only (e.g. clothing/accessories)
  
• Modify for production (e.g. recolour, resize, format)
  
• Use within your business for finished goods
  

You may not:

• Sell, share, or distribute the design as a digital file (original or modified)
  
• Use on stock sites, POD platforms, or pattern marketplaces
  
• Allow others to access or reuse the file
  
• Sell or distribute fabric, where the design is the primary product
  

4. Resale & Redistribution
The design file cannot be resold, shared, transferred, or redistributed to any third party, under any circumstances.

5. AI & Machine Learning
Designs may not be used for:

• Training or developing AI or machine learning models
• Uploading to datasets or platforms used for AI training

6. RubyJune Rights
RubyJune may:

• Share the designs for marketing and portfolio use before and after being purchased
• Display sold designs on the website (clearly marked as “sold”)

This does not affect your licence.

7. Originality & Third-Party Assets
Designs are created using original artwork (hand drawn by Ruby) and, where needed, licensed assets/public domain assets.

While every design is created with care, RubyJune is not responsible for any infringement issues that may arise from how the design is used after purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring your final product use does not infringe any trademarks or third-party rights.

8. Pricing
Prices may change at any time.

Bespoke and ready-to-buy designs are priced separately.

9. Digital Delivery
All products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Please download and safely store your files after purchase. RubyJune is not responsible for long-term file storage.

10. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

If you have trouble accessing your files, please email info@rubyjune.store and we’ll help.

11. Production Disclaimer
RubyJune isn’t responsible for how designs turn out in production.

Final results can vary depending on things like:

• Fabric choice
• Printing method
• Colour settings
• Manufacturing processes

It’s your responsibility to test and sample before full production.

12. Liability

RubyJune is not responsible for:

• Manufacturing outcomes
• Colour or material differences
• How the design is modified or used
• Any business losses or indirect damages

13. Colour Disclaimer
Colours may vary depending on screens, fabrics, inks, and production methods.

Any colour references (including Pantones) are a guide, not a guarantee.

14. No Partnership
These Terms don’t create a partnership or business relationship between you and RubyJune.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
